About Fortix
Fortix is a leading CRM and workflow system built specifically for insurance brokers. We help brokerages eliminate manual processes, improve compliance visibility, and scale their operations through structured systems, automations, and AI workflows. We partner with our clients to provide excellent service and thoughtful solutions. Our focus, however, is not just on software and smarter technologies — it’s transforming how modern brokerages operate.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team and help streamline our content creation process by turning strategic ideas into polished, high-impact visuals.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with marketing experience to support our team on a part-time basis. This is a high-impact creative role where you will act as the visual guardian of the Fortix brand, turning marketing strategy into clear, high-impact visuals that drive business leads. You won’t just be “making things look pretty”; you will be refining and producing high-quality visuals that communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively. You will work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to execute content efficiently and maintain a consistent, global brand presence. Your work will directly support marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, book demos, and build Fortix’s authority in the insurance broking space
How the Role works within the Marketing team
Fortix runs a campaign-led marketing approach (e.g., webinars, content series, case studies). This role will be responsible for supporting these campaigns by producing high-quality visual assets that:
- Capture attention (LinkedIn, social)
- Communicate value quickly
- Drive action (lead magnets, demo bookings)
You will not be designing in isolation; your work will be directly tied to campaign performance and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Content Creation: Design and polish high-quality graphics based on provided content briefs. This includes social media assets, marketing collateral, professional presentations, webinar materials, case studies, and digital reports.
- Brand Alignment: Own the visual integrity of the Fortix identity. You will ensure every piece of content—from a quick LinkedIn post to a deep-dive roadmap—is aligned with our brand guidelines and core aesthetic.
- Visual Storytelling:
- Translate complex workflows, CRM systems, and operational challenges into simple, structured visual formats (diagrams, frameworks, before/after comparisons).
- Collaborative Execution: Act as a creative partner to the team. You will translate conceptual ideas and webinar highlights into digestible, “scroll-stopping” visuals that drive engagement.
- Revisions & Refinement: Manage the feedback loop with agility. You will make precise revisions based on internal feedback to ensure the final product meets our high standards for quality and accuracy.
- Asset Management: Maintain an organised library of design assets, templates, and client-facing materials to ensure the team can access and deploy content rapidly.
About You
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Design Experience in a Marketing Context: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of professional design work within a marketing context. preferably with experience in the Marketing space. You are comfortable working from structured briefs and can translate strategic direction into clear, effective visuals. You can work quickly, iterate based on feedback, and prioritise output that supports business goals.
- Visual Consistency: A deep understanding of branding, typography, and layout. You have an eye for detail and can follow a brief while adding your own creative flair.
- Efficiency & Independence: You are a self-starter who can manage your own 8-hour block effectively, delivering high-quality work within tight timeframes.
- Efficiency & Independence: You’re a self-starter who can make the most of your 8-hour block—getting things done efficiently when there’s work, and comfortable waiting or picking things up again when tasks come in.

- Conversion-Focused Design: You understand how to design with intent. You can ensure assets are not just visually strong, but clearly guide the viewer toward the next step (e.g., downloading a resource or booking a demo).
- Formal Creative Training: While not a strict requirement, formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (Degree, Diploma, or relevant certification) is highly regarded.
