About Fortix
Fortix is a leading CRM and workflow system built specifically for insurance brokers. We help brokerages eliminate manual processes, improve compliance visibility, and scale their operations through structured systems, automations, and AI workflows. We partner with our clients to provide excellent service and thoughtful solutions. Our focus, however, is not just on software and smarter technologies — it’s transforming how modern brokerages operate.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team and help streamline our content creation process by turning strategic ideas into polished, high-impact visuals.
The Role
We’re currently looking to bring an experienced Chief Revenue Officer onto the Fortix team.
Please note we are only considering candidates with full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
What’s different is that we’re not approaching this with a rigid job description. Different people enjoy different aspects of working with finance, and we’re open to shaping roles to match the right individuals
Some people enjoy speaking with clients every day. Others prefer supporting work behind the scenes. Both work well in our team, and we’re open to shaping roles around people’s strengths.
We have flexibility with hours and are ideally looking for at least 20 hours per week, up to a full-time role; however, we are happy to discuss what works for you.
If you’ve got experience in finance working for a technology or managed services company, this opportunity might be for you.
For the right people, we’re open to salaries in the $90k-$140k range, depending on experience and role.
Location isn’t a major barrier either. We have people working in the office, hybrid and fully remote. For experienced professionals with strong finance backgrounds, we’re open to 100% remote roles anywhere in Australia, or alternatively, from our Perth offices.
