About Fortix
Fortix is a leading CRM and workflow system built specifically for insurance brokers. We help brokerages eliminate manual processes, improve compliance visibility, and scale their operations through structured systems, automations, and AI workflows. We partner with our clients to provide excellent service and thoughtful solutions. Our focus is on transforming how modern brokerages scale and operate.
The Role
We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate individual in the Philippines to join our journey.
In this client-facing role, you are the ultimate problem-solver at Fortix. This is a high-impact, hybrid role that sits at the intersection of Customer Support, System Configuration and Quality Assurance. You won’t just be answering tickets. You will be responsible for managing client work requests from start to finish, configuring client instance requests and ensuring everything we build goes through rigorous manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Act as a professional technical partner for our business clients. You will collect and translate client requirements into solutions configured in the Fortix platform. Also manage work requests, provide high-level client service via phone/email, and lead the onboarding process.
- System Configuration: Hands-on configuration of automated workflows and business processes. You will use HTML & CSS, TWIG, Webhooks & API, JSON, Python to build and tailor the Fortix platform to meet specific client needs.
- End-to-End Quality Assurance: Own the integrity of the system and be part of our business strategy – an Error Free System. You will perform both manual and automated testing for new features and custom configurations, ensuring every fix or update is validated before it hits production or communicates it to the client.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and debug issues in staging and production environments, working closely with the development team to apply permanent fixes.
- Data & Documentation: Manage complex data imports with high accuracy and maintain a detailed library of support documentation and client-specific setup guides.
About You
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Twig (HTML), CSS, and JSON. You must be comfortable configuring complex systems (CRMs, ERPs, etc).
- QA Mindset: A disciplined approach to Quality Assurance, with experience in both manual testing and automation workflows.
- Communication & Support: Excellent verbal and written English is a must for this role. You enjoy the “Client Service” aspect of tech and can manage multiple work requests without losing track of details.
- Analytical Thinking: You are an organised, logical thinker who enjoys deconstructing a problem to find the most efficient solution.
- Team Player: At Fortix, we work together and look out for each other. Discipline, responsible behaviour, and accountability build trust with all stakeholders. We believe in deep care and respect for ourselves, our teammates, our work and our clients and community. You will need to demonstrate these behaviours during the interview.
Bonus Skills (optional):
- Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Git/version control or low-code tools like Zapier/n8n.
- Familiarity with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or PHPUnit.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and custom AI tool development.
- AI tools helping you to do your best work.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
- Reliable and responsible; follows through on tasks.
- Enjoys working with clients and internal teams.
- Organised, logical thinker who enjoys working with technology.
